30-DAY RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet all of the following:

- Returned within 30 days of the date of receipt
- In the same condition as when received — unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, inserts, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or not as described:

- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after receipt

- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products once opened
- Customised or personalised orders made to specification
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Contact us at T20twenty@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase.

3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. If you require a different size, colour, or product, please indicate this in your return request.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the CPA.
