1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 20Twenty.store. These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from 20Twenty.store ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"), and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place any orders.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from 20Twenty.store, you must:

        Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;

        Be a resident of the Republic of South Africa;

        Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order; and

        Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Availability

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, current, or free from error. Colours may appear differently on screen due to monitor settings.

3.2 Availability

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an equivalent substitute, at your election.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices displayed on 20Twenty.store are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once an order is confirmed, the price will be honoured.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

        Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard);

        EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer);

        Instant EFT via supported payment gateways; and

        Other methods as displayed at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details on our servers.

4.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will contact you to resolve the matter before taking any such action.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not binding on us until we send you an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Please ensure your order details, including your delivery address and contact information, are correct before submitting. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by you.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may be subject to additional charges or longer lead times, which will be communicated to you at checkout.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery thresholds, where offered, are subject to change.

6.4 Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6.5 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a notification card or contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard returns policy will apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the circumstances described in clause 5 above.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). By placing an order, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information for the purposes of order fulfilment, communication, and legal compliance. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process your order (e.g., delivery service providers) or as required by law.

For full details on how we handle your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 20Twenty.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of our products or your use of our website. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may refer the matter to:
